Write for us
We welcome pitches and contributions on resourceful home life, including reuse, household care, low-cost pastimes, sharing and thoughtful ways to spend time. Bring a clear subject and a useful point of view rather than a broad promise to cover everything.
What makes a strong pitch
A good pitch names the reader it is for, the precise question or choice the piece will address, and what the reader will understand or be able to try afterward. We especially value specific, evergreen ideas that work without costly purchases, unsupported claims or professional expertise.
What to send
Use the Contact page to send a short outline, a proposed working title and a few lines about your approach. Mention any relevant experience plainly, and disclose interests that could affect the piece. Please do not send confidential information or work that depends on invented testing or research.
How we consider contributions
We look for clear, original writing with practical detail, a measured tone and respect for different circumstances. A pitch is a proposal, not a promise of publication; we may ask for changes to improve clarity, accuracy or fit.
Use what you have; notice what matters.
We favour ideas that begin with attention rather than a shopping list. A modest change can make a familiar object, room or free afternoon feel newly useful.
